Meeting called to order by Chair Rebholz
Members Present: Sharon Norton - Bauman, Roger Rebholz, Esther Wentz, Julie Speer, Michelle
Pietrick, and Tammy Funk
Others Present: None
Adoption of Agenda: Motion by Norton Bauman, 2 nd by Wentz to adopt the agenda, motion carried
unanimously

Old And New Business:
1. Review of Applications for County Treasurer
Funk provided an overview of the review process with the panel. A packet of information was provided to members
including a list of the applicants, rating sheet, and copies of the applications. Funk informed the committee that there
were 53 total applicants but that 3 had been removed for consideration due to residing outside of the county. The
members discussed the required criteria to be offered an interview. Each panel member then reviewed each
application individually. Following the individual review, the panel then discussed all the applicants jointly and
determined those to interview.
2. Identify Candidates to be interviewed
Of the 50 applicants, 11 were identified as meeting the required criteria and will be offered an interview. Funk will
coordinate with the interview panel to schedule the interviews and will notify the candidates of the decision of the
review panel.

Note:
The committee did not meet again, all members of the panel were provided a copy of the minutes, no one had any
additions or corrections, and these minutes have been submitted by T. Funk as the official minutes.
