Meeting called to order by Chair Rebholz
Members Present: Daryl Standafer, Sharon Norton- Bauman, Roger Rebholz, Dick King, Chuck
Whiting, Michelle Pietrick, and Tammy Funk
Others Present: None
Adoption of Agenda: Motion by King, 2 nd by Norton Bauman to adopt the agenda, motion carried
unanimously

Old And New Business:
1. 2 nd Interview with Candidates for Appointment to remaining term of County Treasurer
Following the l round interviews conducted 5/18/09 and 5/20/09 3 Candidates were invited back for a second
interview in consideration for appointment to the remaining term of County Treasurer. The members asked each
candidate a list of questions to further assess their qualifications for the position. After all three interviews were
conducted; the panel reviewed and discussed each candidate and determined 1 candidate to recommend for
appointment to the County Board at the June 16 meeting. Funk was directed by the panel to complete reference
checks including a credit and criminal background prior to the recommendation at the county board.

Note:
The committee did not meet again, all members of the panel were provided a copy of the minutes, no one had any
additions or corrections, and these minutes have been submitted by T. Funk as the official minutes.
