The request has been conditionally approved based on the application submission and the following findings. • The total area of the sign is S.?S square teet, 1.75 feet by 3-feet in dimension. • The total height of the sign is 5 feet. • The sign meets all applicable setbacks. • I he sign will be free-standing design. • The sign will not be externally lit. • The sign will not consist of any electrical components. • This sign shall be permitted as a neighborhood sign. Based on these findings, approval of SP 2019 007 is subject to the following conditions: 1. An onsite inspection must be scheduled. I he applicant shall notify this Department so an onsite inspection can be scheduled and conducted to ensure setbacks arc met. 2. The applicant shall be responsible to secure any other required local, state or federal permit(s) and approval(s) prior to emoting the signs. 3. Any amendment or change in the proposed sign shall require prior review by the Zoning Administrator for compliance with Chapter 17.65 W.d. as a new land use permit may be required. 4. Failure to comply with the terms or conditions above may result in the revocation of this permit by the Zoning Administrator according to Chapter 17.65 E.6.
