ST. ROM�w UNTY RESOLUTION ADOPTING UPDATED COMPENSATION GRID
1 WHEREAS, St. Croix County implemented the McGrath Compensation Grid effective
2 January 1, 2016; and

4 WHEREAS, the compensation plan recommends annual review of the entire grid and an
5 update every 4-5 years; and

7 WHEREAS, Dr. McGrath has performed an update to the plan and recommended the
8 changes shown in the new wage grid for 2020.

10 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of
11 Supervisors does hereby authorize the updated Compensation Grids for 2020.
Legal—Fiscal—Administrative Approvals:
Legal Note:
Fiscal Impact: The updated positions on the new wage grid will increase annual expenses by about
$225,000. This will need to be budgeted for in 2020.
