ROp�, �'w '° �..1NTY AMENDING THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE TOWN OF SOMERSET, SECTION 2, REZONING FROM RURAL RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL 1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows: 2 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the 3 County of St. Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following 4 described property: 5 From Rural Residential District to Commercial District: 6 A parcel of land located the fractional NE1/4 of the NW1/4 and in the SE1/4 of the 7 NW1/4 of Section 2, T31 N, R1 9W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; 8 being the second parcel described in Document Number 1049809 recorded at the 9 St. Croix County Register of Deeds Office, described as follows: 10 11 Commencing at the N1/4 Corner of Section 2; thence S01015'39"W, along the 12 north - south 1/4 line of said section, 580.80 feet to the south line of the first 13 parcel described in Document Number 1049809 being the point of beginning; 14 thence Continuing S01015'39"W, along said north - south 1/4 line, 1673.13 feet to 15 the easterly right-of-way line of State Highway "35"; thence N09035'59"W, along 16 said easterly line, 1054.28 feet; thence N80024'01"E, along said easterly line, 25.00 17 feet to a point on curvature of a 2949.73 foot radius curve, concave 18 southwesterly, whose central angle measures 21021'28", whose chord bears 19 N20020'1 3"W and measures 1099.10 feet; thence northwesterly, along the arc of 20 said curve and said easterly line, 1105.55 feet; thence N31004'26"W, along said 21 easterly line, 203.84 feet to the north line of the NW1/4 of said section; thence 22 N89037'21"E, along said north line, 387.96 feet to west line of previously said first 23 parcel in Document Number 1049809; thence S01015'39"W, along said west line, 24 580.80 feet to previously said south line of first parcel; thence N89037'21"E, along 25 said south line, 300.00 feet to the point of beginning.
