the following findings.

The proposed lateral expansion meets the 20-foot setback to the Dluffiine• measured to the
oroposed roo' overhangs. Tne height of the expansion complies with Sechon 17,30 ;,4,

and shall comply wits the structure height per Section 17.30 F4. no talier than 35-feet;.

• Resolved any land use violation, and paid any outstanding lees owed to the Community Development Department;

• Submitted the appropriate application fee (nonrefundable) payable to: St. Croix County.
REVIEW:
