CALL TO ORDER. Meeting called to order at 1:13.
ROLL CALL: Present — Peg Gagnon, Norma Vrieze, Fred Johnson, Don Gillen joined for a
portion of the meeting.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING: Peg moved to approve minutes of the
Feb 14 and Feb 21 mtgs. Seconded by Norma. Motion carried.
ADOPTION OF AGENDA
DATE OF NEXT MEETING. This is our last meeting
OLD AND NEW BUSINESS
Norma and Peg worked on final budget details. Fred presented information about the resolutions
needed for March meetings and will prepare the documents. Don gave input on committee
structure and governance and format for presentation to boards.
Norma will continue to work on application to be submitted tomorrow.
ADJOURN Motion made by Peg and seconded by Norma to adjourn the meeting at 4:41.
