Center board members.
2. Review /edit draft ADRC application.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING Minutes of the Feb 14 mtg were not
available for approval.
ADOPTION OF AGENDA
DATE OF NEXT MEETING. Feb 28, 2008
OLD AND NEW BUSINESS
Ad hoc committee attended the Long Term Support Committee mtg. Kjersti presented an
overview of the ADRC proposed structure and governance model. After some discussion and
vote, the committee directed their chair to sign a letter of support to accompany the application.
The ad hoc committee met briefly after the LTS committee meeting to discuss next steps. Kjersti
will meet with Tammy Funk about job descriptions and Norma will work on the budget and try
to get input from Fred. We will meet at our usual time next Thursday.
ADJOURN Motion made by Peg and seconded by Norma to adjourn the meeting at 4:21.
