Duncan, Norma Vrieze, Peg Gagnon APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING — Motion by Norma. Seconded by Kjersti. Approved. ADOPTION OF AGENDA DATE OF NEXT MEETING — Conference Call: January 7, 2008; Regularly Scheduled Meeting: January 10, 2008 OLD AND NEW BUSINESS 1. Discussion regarding ADRC application Make -up of ADRC Advisory Committee discussed. Composition will reflect state requirements with 50% consumer representation (70% elders; 15% rep of DD; 15% rep of PD). It's proposed that 11 members will make up the board 4 — older adults (2 of whom will also be on the COA) 1— caregiver for older adult 1— representative of DD 1— representative of PD 1— representative of AODA/MI 1— representative of youth transitioning 2 — HHS board 2. Discussion regarding timeline of ADRC application and implementation Not discussed at this time. 3.
