AD HOC ADRC PLANNING COMMITTEE

Members of the ADRC Ad Hoc Committee will be contacting Buck Rhyme, OSA Consultant, by
telephone to discuss progress made regarding the ADRC application. Committee members will
participate in this call in order to share information and set priorities for future ADRC meetings.

CALL TO ORDER — The meeting was called to order at 10:03 a.m
ROLL CALL — Present: Kjersti L.O. Duncan, Norma Vrieze, Peg Gagnon
APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING — Motion by Norma. Seconded by
Kjersti. Approved.
ADOPTION OF AGENDA

OLD AND NEW BUSINESS
1. Conference Call to Buck Rhyme A call was placed to Buck Rhyme. We reviewed the ad hoc
committee's recommendations for the ADRC Advisory Committee with Buck. He indicated some
appointees could represent multiple populations. The ad hoc committee members feel it is important
for Advisory Committee members to submit formal applications. A detailed job description will be
developed. Kjersti has a model.
2. Discussion regarding timeline of ADRC application and implementation
The ad hoc committee members will continue to work on the application document.
4. Possible Agenda Items for next meetings
Finalize agenda for January 14 th meeting.
