of the NW 1/4 of Section 12, T28N-R1 7W, Town of Rush River, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin.
2) Leroy Lindquist to rezone approximately 2 acres of land from Agriculture to
Ag/Residential. Location: A parcel of land located in the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4
of Section 13, T28N-R17W, Town of Rush River, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
3) John M. Monicken to rezone approximately 17 acres of land from Agriculture
to Ag/Residential. Location: A parcel of land located in part of the SE 1/4 of the
NE 1/4 of Section 27, T28N-R17W, Town of Rush River, St. Croix County,
Wisconsin.
4) John M. Monicken to rezone approximately 20 acres of land from Agriculture
