MINUTES
PLANNING, ZONING AND PARKS COMMITTEE
ST. CROIX COUNTY GOVERNMENT CENTER, HUDSON, WI
MARCH 5, 1999
PRESENT: Chairperson Ron Raymond and Supervisor Gerald Larson.
Staff. Ellen Denzer, Dave Larson, Merwyn Neibacher.
Guests: Jeff Durkee, Brian Halling, Jake VanderVoort,
Buzz Sorge, Sherri Buss, Dave Hanson, Rich Black,
Sean O'Connell and Ted MacMiller.
ABSENT: Art Jensen, Linda Luckey, and Dave Hense excused.
This meeting was held at Perch Lake Park at 9:30 a.m. as a field trip. The purpose was to gather information
to help prepare grant applications for Committee approval, provide solid input into the next phase of the
park planning process, gain information for cost estimate preparations, and have a concensus on a range of
options. Committee members and guests viewed the approximate locations of roads, parking lots, park
buildings, and facilities. Discussions held only.
No decisions were made, as no quorum.
