The first hard copy of the St. Croix County Department
on Aging Directory was passed around. Sandy asked for
comments to be attached before the final draft is done.
Renea Nogal did a fantastic job on the directory. Each of
the sites will get one copy. We have the capability of
sending the directory out on diskettes and possibly putting
it on the internet on a web site.
How to Kill a Mocking Bird will be at the Great American
History Theater in St. Paul in January and February. The
site supervisors are to check to see about interest at the
sites.

Andy Germain to approve a leave of absence for Robert
Paul from the end of December until March; motion

Sandy read a letter from Green Thumb. They are
requesting ' $250.00 for each Green Thumb worker
position. This would total $1,000. Discussion followed.
This was not included in the 1999 Budget and would need
to come out of the Nutrition Trust Account. The Council
decided to deny request.
County employees are not allowed to accept gifts unless
they are consumable and of no lasting value.
