Special Meeting March 17, 1998
Vice Chair Bradley called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. prior
to the County Board session. Present: John Bradley, Herb Giese
and Tom Dorsey; absent and excused were Don Brown and Tom
O'Connell. Staff present: Administrative Coordinator John Krizek,
Finance Director Rich Loney, Corporation Counsel Greg Timmerman and
County Clerk Sue Nelson.
Bradley noted the proper notification had been given for an
Emergency Meeting. Motion by Dorsey, 2nd by Giese to adopt the
agenda. Carried.
Closed Session: Motion by Giese, 2nd by Dorsey to move into closed
session per WI Statute 19.85 (1) (e) to Conduct Specified Public
Business Where Competitive or Bargaining Reason Require a Closed
Session. Roll call vote: all yes; carried.
Motion to come out of closed session by Dorsey, 2nd by Giese.
Carried. Finance Committee will recess until the end of the County
Board session.
Following County Board, motion by Giese, 2nd by Dorsey to reconvene
into closed session. Roll call vote: all yes; carried.
Motion by Dorsey, 2nd by Bradley to come of out closed session.
Carried.
Action from Closed Session: Discussion on sale of property on
Perch Lake. No formal action taken.
Vice Chair Bradley adjourned the meeting at 11:25 a.m.
