PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING
Date: April 9, 1998 Location: Government Center, Hudson
The Personnel Committee meeting was called to order at 9 a.m.
by Chairman William Krueger. Members present: Krueger, Mary
Louise Olson, Tim Filipiak, and John Bradley. Arriving at 2:10
p.m., Art Jacobson. Also present: John Krizek, Debra Kathan,
Attorney Steve Weld and Mediator Marshall Gratz.
Moved (Bradley, Filipiak) and approved to adopt the agenda as
presented. Moved (Bradley, Filipiak) and approved to accept the
minutes of the April 4 committee meeting. Motion (Filipiak,
Bradley) to go into closed session per WI Stat. 19.85 (1) c and e
for the purpose of mediation/arbitration regarding AFSCME health
insurance issues. Roll call vote: all aye; moved into closed
session at 9:01 a.m. Moved (Bradley, Olson) and approved to come
out of closed session at 4:25 p.m. Krueger noted that a mediated
settlement had been reached with Marshall Gratz. Moved (Bradley,
Olson) and approved to adjourn at 4:25 p.m.
