"TT" and the CTH "UU" highway projects underway in route to the Hammond

Review and Discuss Inventory Fund Balance: Fedderly and Ramberg
reviewed a ten-year history of the highway department inventory fund.
The fund has been running a negative fund balance over the last few
years, but the spreadsheets show the liquidation value of the fund has
increased. Various items have increased in value and quantity on hand
which explains the change in fund balance, such as culverts, bridge
materials, and repair parts.
A motion was made by Sinclear, seconded by King, to accept the
inventory fund analysis as presented. Motion carried.
