Please See the enclosed site plan M reference the location of the structure, general emsion control and stornswater infiltration trench plans. • A complete application was submitted on September 3, 2019. Additional information regarding the site plan was subsequently required Plan set with updated notes was received on September 26, 2019. • The applicant proposes to place a temporary storage shetl on the property while disturbing less than 10,OW square Met and at 100-feet from the bluflline. It is anticipated the project Will Include approximately L200 square feat of land disturbance according to the site plans. • Stormwater management plans and erosion and sediment control plans have been submitted that Mee Wisconsin Departmentof Natural Resources Technical Standards and creature standards set forth in the Lower St Croix Riverway, Overlay District Section 17.36 H ]. Best Management Practices will be incorporated. • An infiltration trench Will be constructed to capture and infiltrate storm water.
