ORDINANCE, CHAPTER 17.72; PART OF THE SWI/4 OF THESE 1/a,
AND PART OF THE SE 1/a OF THE SE 1/a, SECTION 23, TOWN 31 N,
RANGE 19W, TOWN OF SOMERSET
1 The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does hereby ordain as follows:
2 The St. Croix County Code of Ordinances, Land Use and Development for the
3 County of St. Croix, Wisconsin, is hereby amended by rezoning the following
4 described property:
5 From Rural Residential District to Commercial District:
6 A parcel of land located in part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
7 of Section 23, Township 31 North, Range 19 West, Town of Somerset, St. Croix
8 County, Wisconsin, being a part of Lot 2 of that Certified Survey Map recorded in
9 Volume 27 of said maps, on Page 6292, as Document No. 1040311, in the office of
10 the St. Croix County Register of Deeds; described as follows:
11 Beginning at the southeast corner of said Lot 2; thence along the east line of said
12 Lot 2, also being the west line of State Trunk Highway "35", N00°43'20"E a
13 distance of 356.00 feet; thence along said line, N89016'40"W a distance of 10.00
14 feet; thence along said line N00043'20"E a distance of 117.53 feet; thence along
15 the north line of said Lot 2 and the westerly extension thereof, N89005'32"W a
16 distance of 453.00 feet; thence S00043'20"W a distance of 473.67 feet; thence
17 along the north line of the plat of C. M. & E. Business Park and Certified Survey
18 Map Volume 17, Page 4491, S89006'49"E a distance of 463.00 feet to the point of
19 beginning. Containing 5.007 acres of land more or less.
20 The official zoning map of the Town of Somerset on file in the Community
21 Development Department shall be amended in accordance with this ordinance.
22 This ordinance shall be effective upon passage and publication as provided in
23 Section 59.14 of the Wisconsin Statutes. This ordinance shall not be codified.
