ST. R�.J►9, �'w '° �..1NTY RESOLUTION APPROVING SALE OF HIGHWAY FACILITY IN
HAM MON D
1 WHEREAS,the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors has determined that the Highway
2 Facility at 920 Third Street,Hammond,Wisconsin, can be sold after the move to the new Highway
3 Facility; and
4 WHEREAS, St. Croix County staff have advertised the property with a Commercial Listing
5 Contract with Charles Feather of Real Estate Solutions, Rice Lake,Wisconsin; and
6 WHEREAS,the St. Croix County Administrator has negotiated with a buyer to obtain the best
7 and final offer from the buyer.
8 NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
9 does authorize the sale of the Highway Facility at 920 Third Street,Hammond,Wisconsin per the terms
10 of the last contract counter-offer.
