SBD- 8330Tat (8.07/00) I Pam Quinn From: Kevin Grabau Sent: Friday, November 22, 2002 11:13 AM To: Tom Nelson (E- mail); Jon Sonnentag; Rod Eslinger; Pam Quinn Subject: Cherry Knolls Tom Nelson, This is Kevin Grabau - -St. Croix Zoning. I tried calling, but I got cut -off and got the dial tone again, so I thought I would reach you through email. The reasonfor my contact: we will have to set up some on -sites for the Cherry Knolls. It's been office policy that if we have soils tests that are first mounds, then receive some soil reports for conventionals in the same area, to do some on- sites to check things out and cover everyone's interests. I need to map out your soil tests together with the previous ones to determine where they are in relation to each other. Basically, if I was to receive two soil tests that are in same proximity, then an on -site required. If the conventional site was uphill, or on another part of the site, an on -site may not be required. It depends on the circumstances. Just letting you know. We have some permit applications in for this development, and we will need to set something up fairly soon. We could just go from one lot to another and nail them all down at one time. Let me know what would work out for you. Please call me with any questions.
