Community Development staff have reviewed the after -the -fact Land Use Permit application for an
event plan for Agricultural Tourism and wedding events located at the address listed above. The
request has been conditionally approved based on the application submission and the following
findings:
• The Agricultural Entertainment Activities are not to exceed 45 calendar days per each 12
months in succession, as per Conditional Use Permit (CUP-2019-019) approval. The CUP was
approved by the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment on October 24, 2019,
• The proposed hours of Operation for each event type listed in the CUP application was approved
by the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment on October 24, 2019,
Parking is provided for attendants, a5 per parking plan provided In the CUP approved on October
24,2019,
Sanitary facilities are available for attendants via portable restrooms, provided by S Star Rescreen
Rentals, LLC.
Based on these findings, approval of the Land Use Permit is subject to the following conditions:
1. The applicant shall file the approved land Use Permit and activity list with the appropriate town Berk,
servicing fire department, emergency medial service provider, St. Croix Sheriff's Department and
any local law enforcement agency for such agricultural entertainment activities, at least 30 days prior
to the start of any agricultural entertainment activities in each calendar year that will host 100 person
or during an event day.
2 St. Croix County reserves the right to require additional parking, sanitary septic services, solid waste
management, and other public safety issues if required for the events.
3. It is the applicants responsibility to secure any Other required local, mate or federal permit and
approval(s) prior to land disturbance activity.

4. Failure to comply with the terms or conditions above, or If public safety is of concern, may result in
the revocation of this permit by the Zoning Administrator pursuant to Chapter 17.71.
This approval is subject to the conditions listed above, it does not allow for any additional uses
beyond the limits of this request. your information will remain on file at the St. Croix County
Community Development Department. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with any other
lral, state, or federal permitting or regulations, including contacting the Town of Klnnickinnic to
inquire if additional permissions are required. This permit is valid through the 2019 calendar year.
Please now: This permit was an after -the -fad permit for the calendar year of 2019. A new Land Use
Permit - Agricultural Entertainment Event Plan must be approved by the Community Development
Department and shall be provided to those entities listed in Condition #1 above at least 30 days prior
to any events in the 2020 calendar year that will host 100 persons or more during any event day.
